Billing, cancelling, and the fine print.
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time - no contract, no minimum term. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you keep access until the end of that period.
Your next month is free. The Match Guarantee is automatic - you don't need to claim it. If we don't deliver your tier's minimum in a billing period, the next period's charge is waived.
During beta, PodPair is available in the UK only, so pricing is shown in GBP with VAT chargeable and calculated at checkout - if you're VAT-registered the invoice is reclaim-ready. We'll expand to other regions in time; get in touch to be notified when we open in yours.
During beta, no - standard monthly billing only. We may offer annual options or volume discounts in future, but we want to keep pricing simple and transparent for now.
You can still join via your Business Skills - a strong skill set lets you be matched beyond your immediate sector. If neither your sector nor skills sit on the platform yet, join the waitlist; your application helps us prioritise what launches next.
No - every Lite membership starts at full price from day one, underwritten by the Match Guarantee. The guarantee is the alternative to a free trial: pay £99/month, and if we don't surface at least one curated match offer that month, the next month is free.
