Subscription terms — additions specific to PodPair.
Pricing model. Headline prices are VAT-exclusive. Your billing event each month charges the headline price plus VAT calculated by Feel Good Fox Ltd based on your billing location. UK members are charged UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) on top of the headline price.
Statement descriptor. Card and bank statements identify the charge as "Feel Good Fox Ltd" rather than "PodPair." This is because Feel Good Fox Ltd is the operating entity (see About PodPair above). PodPair is a brand operated by Feel Good Fox Ltd. If you see "Feel Good Fox Ltd" on your statement and don't recognise it, that's PodPair's parent company.
Match Offer Guarantee. Your subscription is backed by the Match Offer Guarantee, which is described in its own dedicated section above. The Guarantee commits PodPair to delivering a minimum number of match offers to each paying member during each billing period; if we fail to deliver the minimum required for your tier, your next billing period is 100% discounted. Refer to the Match Offer Guarantee section for full details, including what counts as a match offer and the circumstances in which the Guarantee does not apply.
Cancellation and access. You can cancel anytime by requesting cancellation through your account. Cancellation does not generate an automatic refund of the current period; instead, you continue to have access to PodPair through the end of the current billing period. At the end of that period, your access ends, your status becomes Cancelled, and your data enters the 12-month cancelled-member retention window described in our Privacy Policy. After 12 months, your data is automatically deleted; if you want to return to PodPair, you can re-onboard via standard signup.
Pricing changes. PodPair may change subscription pricing in future. We will provide reasonable notice (typically 30 days) before pricing changes take effect for existing members. You will be notified of pricing changes via your registered contact email and will have the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
Tier changes. During beta, the Lite tier is the only active paying tier. PodPair reserves the right to introduce additional tiers (such as a Max tier) or to archive existing tiers in future. Changes to the tier line-up will be communicated to existing members with reasonable notice; existing members will retain their current tier until they actively choose to change or until the tier is sunset (with notice and migration support).
AUTOMATIC RENEWALS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
WHEN YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EVERY MONTHLY. WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BY USING THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. WE WILL INFORM YOU OF SUCH RENEWALS PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE.
YOU MAY CANCEL THE AUTOMATIC RENEWALS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION VIA YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE THE ITEMS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SUBSCRIPTION ON YOUR CANCELLATION EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CANCELLATION OF THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL TAKE EFFECT AT THE END OF YOUR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD, AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE ACCESS UNTIL THAT DATE.

Beta acknowledgement
PodPair is currently in beta. By using the service, you acknowledge:
The service is evolving. Features, sector availability, matching criteria, and tier line-ups may change as we learn from beta operation. We will communicate material changes to you via your registered contact email with reasonable notice.
Sector list may expand or change. PodPair launches with an initial list of industry sectors. Additional sectors will be added based on demand signal (informed by waitlist signups) and operational readiness. Existing sectors may be merged, split, or refined as the matching taxonomy evolves. If your sector is materially restructured in a way that affects your matching, we will notify you and provide a migration path.
Waitlist members notified at sector launch. If your selected industry sector is not yet active when you sign up to the waitlist, you will be notified by email when the sector launches. You can then convert from waitlist to paying member if you choose. Waitlist signup does not guarantee that your sector will launch on any specific timeline; sector launches are demand-driven, not calendar-driven.
Service-level commitments during beta. We provide best-effort service availability during beta. Specific uptime and response-time service-level agreements (SLAs) are not committed during beta. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to respond to operational issues promptly.
Match Offer Guarantee operates during beta. Although we do not commit to specific SLAs during beta, the Match Offer Guarantee (described in the Subscription Terms section below) does operate during beta — you receive a 100% discount on your next billing period if we fail to deliver the minimum match offers in any billing period.
No long-term contractual lock-in. You can cancel anytime by requesting cancellation through your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Beta participation is monthly-billed and does not require any long-term commitment.
Beta status disclosure. PodPair will be transparent about beta status in our marketing and onboarding materials. If beta status materially changes (for example, PodPair exits beta and begins operating under non-beta commercial terms), you will be notified before any material change to your subscription terms takes effect.

Further, it is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you click on or software that you download, whether from this Website or other websites or applications, is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.
Governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at hello@podpair.co with a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge your message within 14 days and aim to work with you towards a resolution. We expect that most disputes can be resolved this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their interpretation, breach, or termination.
Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms on this website. Your continued use of the platform after we post a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Match Offer Guarantee
This section describes the Match Offer Guarantee — PodPair's commitment to delivering value to paying members each billing period, and the mechanism that applies if we fail to do so.
What a match offer is. A "match offer" is an invitation from PodPair to appear as a guest on a specific podcast. Match offers are curated by PodPair's account manager team based on the matching criteria you declared at signup — your industry sector and sub-sector, your skills profile, and other relevant member profile information. The podcaster has reviewed the relevant elements of your member profile and approved you as a potential guest before the offer reaches you. The offer typically includes the name of the podcast, the host's profile, the topic area or specific question the host is interested in, and proposed recording timing. You can accept the offer to proceed to scheduling and recording, or decline if it isn't a fit. Match offers are not speculative recommendations or podcast suggestions — they are invitations where the podcaster has already given pre-approval, subject to your acceptance.
How matches are determined. PodPair's matching uses two pieces of information you declare at signup: industry sectors (zero or more from the sectors PodPair operates in) and business skills (zero or more, drawn from PodPair's skills taxonomy). Match offers are sourced based on the combination you declare:
If you select one or more industry sectors but no skills, your match offers will be sourced from podcasts associated with the sectors you selected. The matching engine has no skills information to use for cross-sector matching, so all match offers will be from podcasts within your declared sectors.
If you select one or more industry sectors and one or more skills, your match offers may be sourced from two pools: podcasts associated with the sectors you selected (where the matching engine may also use skills overlap to refine selection within those sectors), and podcasts in sectors you did not select where there is strong skills alignment between your profile and the podcaster's needs.
If you do not select any industry sectors but select one or more skills, you have indicated openness to match offers across all sectors PodPair operates in. Your match offers will be sourced from podcasts in any sector PodPair currently operates, where there is strong skills alignment between your profile and the podcaster's needs.
A guest must select at least one industry sector or at least one skill at signup — we need at least one signal to source meaningful match offers for you.
Match offers that meet the framework above count toward the Match Offer Guarantee minimum. PodPair's account manager team retains discretion over the specific match offers presented and may decline to propose a match where, in our reasonable judgement, the fit is unlikely to produce a successful recording. You can update your declared sectors and skills at any time via your member profile to refine the kinds of match offers you receive.
Responding to a match offer. When you receive a match offer, you have five business days to accept or decline. If you do not respond within that window, we will withdraw the offer to keep our matching schedule moving. Withdrawn offers can be reactivated subject to the podcaster's continued availability — if you missed the window because of travel, illness, or other legitimate reasons, contact your account manager and we will see whether the offer can be reinstated. We may extend the response window in advance if you let us know you need additional time (for example, if you are travelling when the offer arrives).
What we guarantee. PodPair commits to delivering a minimum number of match offers to each paying member during each billing period. For the Lite tier, the minimum is one curated match offer per billing period. The minimum may differ for other tiers as PodPair introduces them.
If, in any billing period, PodPair fails to deliver the minimum required for your tier, your next billing period is 100% discounted (you are charged £0 for that next period). The failed period is not refunded; the discount applies prospectively to the next billing event. This is the Match Offer Guarantee.
How the Guarantee applies. The Match Offer Guarantee applies automatically — you do not need to claim it. PodPair will identify failed periods proactively from internal records and apply the next-period discount automatically. You will receive an email notification confirming the discount has been applied.
When the Guarantee does not apply. The Match Offer Guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
If your subscription is paused (whether at your request or under our inactive-account policy) — the Guarantee operates only during active billing periods.
If you have declined all match offers presented during the period without engagement — declines without reason in 100% of cases indicates a fit issue between your sector and PodPair's current matching pool. The Guarantee mechanism is not designed to compensate for fit issues; PodPair's account manager team will reach out separately in this scenario to discuss alternative approaches.
If you have been suspended for breach of Member Responsibilities or Podcast Standards during the period — suspensions remove a member from the matching pool, which the Guarantee correctly does not cover.
If you have not completed your onboarding (including the depth profile form and any other required member profile information) within the first billing period — the Guarantee window measures from the date your onboarding is complete and we have the inputs needed to source matches for you. If onboarding is delayed because you have not provided the required information despite reasonable reminders, we cannot reasonably deliver match offers within that period and the Guarantee does not apply for the first period. Onboarding delays caused by PodPair (such as delayed account manager review on our side) do not affect your Guarantee entitlement.
The Guarantee operates during beta. The Match Offer Guarantee operates during PodPair's beta period and continues to operate as PodPair scales beyond beta. Specific tier minimums may evolve as the platform expands; existing members will be notified in advance of any change to the Guarantee mechanics.
Member Responsibilities
By using PodPair, you agree to the following responsibilities. Breach of these responsibilities is grounds for membership suspension or termination at PodPair's reasonable discretion.
Accuracy of information. You will provide accurate information at signup and in your member profile. You will update your profile when material details change — for example, if your role, company, sector focus, or skills profile shifts in a way that affects matching. Inaccurate information that misleads matching is grounds for suspension because it undermines the integrity of the matching framework for other members.
No misrepresentation of credentials. You will not misrepresent your professional credentials, expertise, or affiliation. Specifically: you will not claim qualifications you do not hold, will not claim a role at a company you do not occupy, and will not claim subject-matter expertise you do not possess. Podcasters are pre-approving you on the basis of what you have declared; misrepresentation undermines that pre-approval and may result in immediate suspension.
Respect for matching decisions. Match offers are presented based on PodPair's matching framework. You agree to respect a podcaster's decision to decline you (if you are a guest) and a guest's decision to decline you (if you are a podcaster), without retaliation, harassment, or attempts to circumvent the matching system to contact members directly. PodPair's account manager team can answer questions about declined matches if you have legitimate operational concerns.
Honouring scheduled recordings. When you accept a match offer and a recording slot is confirmed, you will attend the recording as scheduled. Failure to attend without reasonable notice (typically 24 hours minimum, though more notice is preferable) is recorded in our Incident Log and may affect your future match-eligibility ratings. Repeated no-shows are grounds for suspension. Reasonable notice for cancellation includes documented illness, urgent professional obligations, or comparable unavoidable events; we apply these criteria with discretion and good faith.
Standard guest release agreement. When matched and proceeding to recording, you agree to comply with the standard guest release agreement that governs the use of recorded content. The release is a separate document signed via our e-signature provider at the matching stage; its terms are independent of these Terms of Service but are required as part of the matching workflow. You cannot proceed to recording without accepting the release.
Respect for other members. You will treat other members with respect. PodPair does not tolerate harassment, abuse, discrimination, or threatening behaviour toward podcasters, fellow guests, or our account manager team. Such behaviour is grounds for immediate suspension pending investigation and may result in termination if substantiated.
Respect for content under copyright. You will not record content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, or publicity rights. Episode content is the responsibility of the guest and podcaster, not PodPair. Breach of this responsibility is grounds for action under these Terms regardless of who ultimately owns the resulting episode.
Reasonable engagement with the platform. We expect members to engage in good faith with the matching framework — responding to match offers within the response window described in the Match Offer Guarantee section, communicating clearly with podcasters about availability and topic preparation, and treating PodPair's account manager team as the appropriate channel for queries about matches and operations. Members who routinely fail to engage in good faith with the platform may be paused or removed at PodPair's reasonable discretion.
Podcast Standards (for podcasters)
This section applies specifically to PodPair members who join as podcasters. If you are a paying guest member, this section does not apply to you, although understanding it may help you appreciate the kind of podcasts PodPair matches with.
PodPair maintains a public set of Podcast Standards that all podcaster members must meet to be eligible for membership and for matching. The current Podcast Standards are published at https://podpair.co/podcast-standards/. The Standards cover, among other matters:
- Minimum publication frequency. Podcasters must publish on a regular cadence consistent with an active podcast.
- Audience size or distribution reach. Podcasters must demonstrate meaningful audience reach across podcast platforms.
- Production quality. Podcasters must maintain audio quality, episode editing, and hosting platform standards consistent with a professional podcast.
- Content standards. Podcasts must not include content that constitutes harassment, defamation, copyright infringement, or that is otherwise unlawful or discriminatory.
- Engagement responsiveness. Podcasters must commit to recording within agreed timeframes once a match offer is accepted, and to communicating clearly with PodPair's account manager team about scheduling and operational matters.
Pause your listing if your podcast no longer meets the Standards — for example, if your podcast has been on hiatus for an extended period and falls below the minimum publication frequency, or if production quality has materially declined. Paused listings are not visible for matching but remain in our system pending resumption.
Remove your listing if a sustained breach is identified or if a content standards violation is substantiated.
Update the Standards from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice (typically 30 days) before material updates take effect, giving you the opportunity to bring your podcast into compliance or to terminate your membership if the new Standards no longer suit you.
If you believe a pause or removal decision is incorrect, you may raise this with our account manager team via hello@podpair.co. We will review the decision and respond within a reasonable time. We do not operate a formal appeals tribunal during beta; review is informal and at PodPair's reasonable discretion. We are committed to applying the Podcast Standards consistently and in good faith, and we will explain our reasoning if you disagree with a decision.
Podcaster-initiated pause and removal. Podcasters who wish to pause their listing temporarily or remove their listing permanently can do so by emailing our account manager team at hello@podpair.co. Self-service controls in the member area are planned for post-beta.
If you request a temporary pause, your listing will become invisible for matching while paused — we will not propose new match offers to you. Match offers that you have already accepted will proceed to recording according to their existing schedule. Match offers that have been sent to you but not yet accepted or declined will continue to be available within the response window described in the Match Offer Guarantee section above. Your membership status continues during a pause; if you have a paying subscription, billing continues unless you cancel separately. To resume your listing after a pause, contact our account manager team and we will reactivate it within a reasonable time.
If you request permanent removal, please give us reasonable notice (typically 30 days). During the notice period, scheduled recordings should proceed and we will work with you to wind down any pending matches. After the notice period, your listing will be removed from the matching pool and your account will move to cancelled status, with the standard 12-month cancelled-member retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
If your reason for requesting pause or removal relates to a concern with PodPair (rather than a personal or operational reason), we welcome the feedback. Please share your reasons with our account manager team — we will treat the feedback seriously and use it to improve the platform.
